Our Melbourne branch is only about 11 minutes away from Melbourne Airport! We don’t have shuttle service; the short taxi or Uber ride will cost you approximately $20.

By Car

We don’t have parking facilities at the branch. So, if you’re arriving by car, we recommend parking at one of the Long-Term Parking listed below!

From the CBD

If you’re coming from the city, this is a short 30-min drive with a Taxi/personal car – or you can hop on Tram to Craigieburn (stop at Broadmeadows), then Train 902 to Airport West (stop at Lackenheath Dr), then it will take you 10 minutes to walk to the branch.

What You Need

Please bring a physical credit card (Apple Pay is not accepted) and your driver's licence. If your licence is not in English, you'll need an official English translation or an International Driving Permit. Only the primary driver needs to be present at collection.

Vehicle Handover

We'll finalise any remaining paperwork and guide you through a vehicle tour, ensuring you're comfortable with all features before departure.

At one point, we had some trouble getting hot water from the shower, so we rang the support line. They were very helpful and quickly explained what we needed to do. Great easy going service.
The van we booked wasn't available, so we were upgraded for free! All the info you need is provided with a "cheat sheet" of the basic fees, so you don't get any surprises.
We were also an hour late with our drop off of the van, and they were still waiting with a smile.

We had a breakdown (fan belt) which cost us a day but Crusin was quick to reimburse us for the one day. The motorhome was clean and easy to drive and operate, the staff switched on and helpful. June and July school holidays is the best time in a year to drive on A87 heading to Uluru & Kata Tjuta. Cruisin Motorhome is excellent for the journey. Compared to Mauri van, Cruisin is similar but is equipped with dual gas bottles, spacious refrigerator, separated shower and central Colling and heating system. The van is very easy to drive under cruise control and the suspension is better than MB van on bumpy road.
Booking and desk service is good as well. Strongly recommended!

We hired a 4 berth hi top for 7 days (this was our second time doing this) and hit the road for Gippsland. We find the van really easy to use, its not too big and easy to handle on the road and park in main streets, yet has plenty of room for our family of 4 to settle down for the night.
There are so many nooks and crannies throughout the van to store things., and we really had the set up down to a fine art by the end of our adventure.
No doubt we will be back to hire again in the future.
