Our Melbourne branch is only about 11 minutes away from Melbourne Airport! We don’t have shuttle service; the short taxi or Uber ride will cost you approximately $20.

We don’t have parking facilities at the branch. So, if you’re arriving by car, we recommend parking at one of the Long-Term Parking listed below!

 

From the CBD

If you’re coming from the city, this is a short 30-min drive with a Taxi/personal car – or you can hop on Tram to Craigieburn (stop at Broadmeadows), then Train 902 to Airport West (stop at Lackenheath Dr), then it will take you 10 minutes to walk to the branch.

Please ensure you have a physical credit card (ApplePay is not accepted) as well as any necessary documents and a driver’s license printed in English. Only the primary driver needs to be present at pick-up.

On arrival, you’ll complete any remaining paperwork before being guided through a comprehensive vehicle tour and handover, ensuring you’re confident with all features before departure.

We recommend allowing some time for the collection process so you can start your journey relaxed and ready to go. It’s a good idea to watch the user guide for your vehicle on our YouTube channel as well.
