What You Need
Please bring a physical credit card (Apple Pay is not accepted) and your driver's licence. If your licence is not in English, you'll need an official English translation or an International Driving Permit. Only the primary driver needs to be present at collection.
Vehicle Handover
We'll finalise any remaining paperwork and guide you through a vehicle tour, ensuring you're comfortable with all features before departure.
Good to Know
Allow extra time for vehicle collection during busy travel periods (summer, Christmas, New Year, Easter, and school holidays). And, to get on the road sooner, watch your vehicle's user guide on our YouTube channel before arrival.

Drop-Off
- Notify us in advance if youâd like to extend your holiday (as it is subject to availability)
- Donât forget to refuel the motorhome fully
- Donât forget to empty the toilet cassette and the grey water tank
- Remove rubbish, wash dishes, and strip bedding

Driving Around Melbourne Driving Around Melbourne
For your safety, all drivers should familiarise themselves with the Australian road rules. Melbourne also has a few unique road features:
Hook Turns: where drivers make a right turn from the left-hand lane. These turns are common and clearly signposted throughout the CBD.
Trams: Take caution and research Melbourneâs tramline road rules. Drivers must give way to trams at all times.
Parking: Be aware of the motorhome height (3.2 to 3.5m!), check for signs and avoid fines by understanding them.
Good to Know
Cruisinâ Motorhomes strongly recommend that you DO NOT drive at night. Itâs just not worth it, hereâs why. Also, please read the Dos & Donâts while travelling in a motorhome and learn the difference between Sealed and Unsealed roads.
